Education Programs for Trainers
Larger companies benefit from developing their own staff for in-house training programs. Typically the first step is an assessment of the client's needs and equipment recommendations. Upon consultation with the trainer and program administrator a written training program is developed and approved. The final component of the process is evaluating the trainer through a series of teaching assessments. This approach is cost effective when at least 100 - 200 employees require training and retraining occurs frequently.
